Found this site looking for some tips on my 99 Explorer XLT.

Biggest concern I am facing right now:

My gear selector seems to have slipped. Reverse is indicated as Neutral and so on. All gears are one letter ahead. And I can't seem to engage 1st gear.
Thinking I have a tranny cable slip. Anyone know what is involved here?
