i know the bolt pattern is different but with an adapter will they fit properly?

those are the rims im looking at, assuming the tires are in good condition im interested in them.

im looking for backspacing/width issues, and will the tire be shorter or taller than my factory tires? if its slightly shorter its ok give or take a half inch or something, but too much will just look retarded.

any information would be helpful, and i tried wheeladapter.com but no price quote as of yet, where would i be able to find the required adapter locally?
