I'm on Burbank City, and I think I'm already higher then DWP. My Tier 1 stops at 250 kWh:thumbdwn: right now I pay .10 cents a kWh. After 250 kWh I go to .14 Cents. Not sure how high Tier 3 is.:rolleyes: I guess I'll find out when I get a house and start welding:p:
