has anyone ever painted the stock rims...i want new rims but dont have the cash for it i'm thinkin about painting the stocks for now but i wanna see if anyone has done it before? have you? do you have pictures?

I believe someone has done it. I want to say they painted them gunmetal color, but I cannot swear to it, nor can I find a thread...

Lots of ppl paint there rims. You can get rim paint that comes in a can at parts stores.

i painted my stocks on my old ranger and every one though i got new rims and some even wanted to buy them i just used a cheep spray can from auto zone i used a caliper paint

I just painted mine a week or two ago. I used rust converter that turns to primer, and then cheap $1/can gloss black spray paint from wally world. They turned out looking really good.
