How does the 4 wheel drive work on a 1996 ford ranger? We have one where I work and it always seems to get stuck. It seems that the four wheel drive doesn't work when you need it the most. We've had it to a ford dealer and they say that you have to be moving to get it into 4 wheel drive. this just doesn't seem right. I've driven many four wheel drive vehicles and have never experienced this before.
