found some 31" tires on rims for $40, just wanna make sure they'll fit and if i got make any other adjustments, i'm a newbie so i appreciate the help! heres the link.

yes but Explorers/Rangers are 5 on 4.5" or 5 on 114.3mm and F-150s are 5 on 135mm.
