95ExplorerLtd 11-25-2000, 08:04 PM Sweet Riff! Those are some awesome shots!
newbz 11-25-2000, 08:08 PM N-I-C-E
Brian1 11-25-2000, 08:55 PM Nice rig Riff! How do you like those tires? What kind of rims are those? Did you get a package deal? Thanks.
riffman 11-25-2000, 09:02 PM so far, i got no complaints about the tires. I've had a chance to check them out in semi-dry conditions with some mud puddles thrown in for good measure. They seem to do pretty well. the only thing i was kinda confuesd about was hard packed, but kinda loose dirt on top. I was climbing this hill (real steep) and the tires broke loose easier than i would have liked. and i was aired down to 15 psi at the time. so i don't know.
They were used tires that i bought from Andre Hryn on this forum. and they are AR 767's.
like i said..i got no complaints!
thanks for the compliments!! makes me all warm and tingely inside!!! hehehehe...
95ExplorerLtd 11-25-2000, 10:31 PM I especially like those last 2 pictures, seeing suspension flex like that is really great.
Kampy 11-25-2000, 10:44 PM Good thing Annie likes you or there wouldn't be any pictures. :)
-=DaemoN=- 11-26-2000, 11:27 AM -NICE NICE... I want to put on 35s too once I get the 5.5" suspension lift. I already have a 3" bodylift.
Question: any rubbing and where? Those are 15x8 AR767's right?
riffman 11-26-2000, 12:13 PM yeah...they are 15x8's AR's....there is only slight rubbing on the swaybar and the radius arms. they don't make any contact with the fenders, even when they are jammed up in the wheel well....i was really happy about that...
right now, the only other time that they do rub is on my bumper. i didn't raise the bumper when i put on the body lift, but i had moved it forward. well, when i was out wheelin, it got shoved back in when i was hitting mud walls....so that explains it....just make sure you move your bumper w\ the body lift....
John Doe 11-26-2000, 12:15 PM How wide are those 35" Dunlops....12.5?

yes...they are 35x12.50's....and the rim is standard backspacing...i think like 4.25 or somthing like that....
-=DaemoN=- 11-26-2000, 12:19 PM thanks riffman!
Perry 11-26-2000, 02:28 PM O.K. so it looks like it goes good in the mud.
Now you need to get out to Moab 2001 and see what you can do on the rocks and hills.
F'in Bob 11-27-2000, 05:18 PM ..just clicked on the picture in your signature. One question: is that where you broke your spare tire carrier?
Perry 11-27-2000, 10:54 PM F'in Bob,
No it was just before that. We were coming up a trail that was just shell rock. (REALLY BUMPY)
I took it off before we started up that ruff part.
Go to "THE RACK IS BACK" under serious Exploration to see it now.
2001ExpSport 11-27-2000, 11:35 PM Cooooooooolllllll!!!
Wish I had a truck like that......hmmmm...yessir...
riffman 11-28-2000, 12:05 AM ...and then really really after....this may be a while down the road, though.... :D

RFR2212 11-28-2000, 12:40 AM Riff, I don't mean to put ya down, but that truck or rig...What ever you call it.....That thing looks sissy!!! I mean, I could see a grandma driving that....Or are we all just over estimating a power wheels? Man, this rivalry is getting bad!
Haha!
Pete
2001...I think the lil yellow bus will be taking you to attica next time! ;)
Sorry, I'm brutal! :)
riffman 11-28-2000, 12:46 AM haha!!! whatever little scarred wussy boy!!
Scott: OK!!! My truck is done and ready to run!!
Pete: really? oh..uh......*pout* my truck is broken, so i can't go to attica!! *pout* oh well....looks like my skyjacker totin a$$ can't get beat by the custom/superlift hybrid....too bad...
You little GIRL!!!
hahaha..yeah...this rivalry is gettin a little bad...but its fun!! ;)
RFR2212 11-28-2000, 12:55 AM Scott, just end it, you're jealous of me...Plus, I had to get my game on over the weekend! haha, poor sap, ya sit at home and whine to me while drinkin your cheap brew....
Pete
And as much as your truck is for a girly man (SNL) I think it's worthy enough for my truckin wall collage.
2001ExpSport 11-28-2000, 08:27 PM umm..Pete...Scott wasn't the one crying a river when his PARENTS forgot to tell him about a broken steering shaft. Since when was it your parents responsiblity? What......does your mom crank that thing up and do donuts in the neighbor's yard?
Just a little defense Scott, but I'm Switzerland.

RFR2212 11-28-2000, 08:37 PM Naw, she just randomly takes it to attica...So ya know....Things get broken there.....
2001ExpSport 12-02-2000, 12:00 AM Really?
RFR2212 12-02-2000, 01:35 PM No, she doesnt...but that would be pretty cool if she did
Stephen 12-02-2000, 04:08 PM Wow Riff thats a BIG truck. Do those 9 foot wheels rub? http://members.aol.com/riffman80/biggrin.gif
95ExplorerLtd 12-02-2000, 05:31 PM Riff, was that water shot picture taken at Attica? Because I have the strangest feeling of deja vu....:D

riffman 12-02-2000, 05:50 PM hahahaha....you guys are nuts.....
stephen.....they only rub a little bit, but only on full lock...hahahahaha
grant...lol...that can i say...you have a talent!! it took me a minute to realize that those are actually my tires and wheels!! Haahahahaha...thats really good man...how did you get a picture to line up like that? did you just get lucky?
Stephen 12-02-2000, 05:54 PM LOL Yep, we're all clinically Insane.
Hey Grant, you've done some work since I saw that truck last. Hahahahaha http://members.aol.com/riffman80/biggrin.gif
2001ExpSport 12-02-2000, 07:37 PM Grant, I like that color. Is it the picture or does it fade lighter towards the bottom?
By the way, niiiiccccee tires. I also like the double rear bumper, nice touch!
95ExplorerLtd 12-02-2000, 09:34 PM Stephen: Yes it has changed in the past few days. I got bored and dicided to put on a 5.5" lift for the fun of it.
2001ExpSport: No, its that same color all around, it doesnt fade anywhere, except for those stripes on the bottom half of the doors. Yes, the double bumper is handy, now I dont have to step so high up to clean off the roof :D
Riff: Well, being the one all the teachers run to to fix their computers at school for about 3 years helps some :D I just took my picture and did some trimming and dropped it on yours and stretched here and there till I liked it. I messed up on the bumpers though, you can see parts from the actual picture. You should see some of the stupid stuff I can do with pictures.
Here Stephen, I decided that the ride was too abusive on the highway so I lowered it down a little bit, improved the ride dramatically. Remember the guy who had that orange lowered Explorer with them crazy gold wheels and stuff? Well, he got me hooked up with some exclusive stuff.
http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1029090&a=7596173&p=34586749&Sequence=0&res=high
(I still cant get from the rear fender back very good, but oh well.)
RFR2212 12-02-2000, 09:52 PM Wow, impressive imaging!
Pete
2001ExpSport 12-02-2000, 11:15 PM OH!

95ExplorerLtd 12-02-2000, 11:34 PM Ok guys, this is Riff's thread, you should be drooling over HIS truck, not my computer-generated trucks! :D
This is prolly the best yet....

95ExplorerLtd 12-03-2000, 12:44 AM So what would be a good nickname for me and my computer-mastered imaginary rigs?
Stephen 12-03-2000, 02:38 AM Wow Grant those are really cool. Hey, I have a picture of my LS400 why dont you make a rig out of that! LOL. I want to see how good you really are! If you can do this I'll be impressed. Here it is-
http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1014554&a=7473702&p=25448503&Sequence=0&res=high
Heh, this should be good.
95ExplorerLtd 12-03-2000, 11:19 AM Stephen, got any more angles? Because I dnt think I have any shots angled like that or that close. I'm only mortal.....:D
95ExplorerLtd 12-03-2000, 03:38 PM Ok Stephen, I have been tirelessly to make something out of that picture, and I have NOTHING! I need a different angle because I want soo bad for you to be pleased! :D
Stephen 12-03-2000, 04:25 PM Aww Grant I'm dissapointed! I do have another angle let me get it onto the net and I'll post it.
2001ExpSport 12-03-2000, 05:40 PM Grant

95ExplorerLtd 12-03-2000, 09:08 PM I'm sorry Stephen, but no matter how much you want your car to be an SUV, I just cant make it happen :D
riffman 12-04-2000, 12:02 AM i couldn't either...the close as i could get was me driving over yours....hehehe....you got a different angle or size?
2001ExpSport 12-04-2000, 12:45 AM this will be interesting to see. I also tried it and that Lexus just wasn't made to be an suv with 35's.
[Edited by 2001ExpSport on 12-03-2000 at 09:51 PM]
Stephen 12-04-2000, 02:07 AM Grant, I dont want my car to be no SUV, I got an SUV!
I have one almost the exact angle of the picture of Grant's truck but Photopoint wont upload it for some reason. I'll try on the high speed connection at the office tomorrow. It'll probably be hard because the wheelbases are different and all. If anyone can do it Grant, you can http://members.aol.com/riffman80/biggrin.gif
