Will try less on this run and try for better results. Also tried Baking soda which just doesn't yeild enough, then again, I'll try to add more on the next run. Please let me know what you've tried so far joefnh 07-03-2008, 12:01 PM Al I have tried calcium carbonate, potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. I found that the potassium hydroxide worked best as far as concentrations required and residual contamination. Since then I have used a higher voltage to overcome the need for an electrolyte. --Joe aldive 07-07-2008, 04:13 PM Any other input? aldive 07-14-2008, 08:25 PM bump aldive 07-17-2008, 11:25 AM Is nobody experimenting with different electrolytes in their HHO generators? aldive 07-18-2008, 09:45 AM Interesting videos about electrolytes ..... http://www.hhohuntsville.com/hho_electrolyte.html briwayjones 07-18-2008, 10:09 AM I haven't tried and don't have a HHO generator but what about Borax? Also know as sodium borate, sodium tetraborate, or disodium tetraborate. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borax |
