Alrighty, so if you look at the IAC on the top of your 4.0 SOHC you can see it comes out into a rubber hose and then splits off into two solid ones. the left one goes to a spot beside the MAF but the other one goes to the back of your engine, and just stops and there is a plug in the end... so it doesn't do anything. as far as i know.

what is the point of that length of tube? can i take it off and make the IAC go right to the intake??
