Hi everyone. I just joined the club and thought I would intoduce myself. My name is Brian and I'm from Sandusky, Ohio. I own a 1998 Eddie Bauer Explorer and I have quite a few mods on it already, although most of them are external body mods. I was a state certified mechanic when I lived in Michigan so I will be more than happy to assist anyone in any way I can as far as mechanics are concerned. I am really following Alec on his journey into the search for horsepower via the supercharger. Hope it's all you were looking for and more. If it is, I know what my next mod will be! I look forward to meeting everyone.

Hello Brian. Welcome to the site. I've been "lurking" and reading and only just registered here too. After much looking around I think this is one of the (if not THE) best put together and informative Explorer sites on the net. I look forward to interacting and exchanging ideas with you and everybody else on board.

I hope the blower turns out well. It's been a long time coming, and I'm just itchin' to have it done. Brian, if you're thinking about the supercharger, get in touch with truckperformance.com and BBK. They manufacture the blowers in batches, so it might be good to reserve your blower now. Believe me, once you decide to get it, you're not going to want to wait 3 months.

With what Greg said, I'd have to say that this site is not just the best Explorer site on the Internet, but I'd also have to say that this is probably the best community of people on the Internet as well. Can't wait to hear what you have in store for your truck Brian!
