Hello there Rat Ranger......Sure looks like you've been busy compiling information and sharing it with the folks on this site - good job. I took a look at your 95 pictorials of the incab and underhood fuse/relay panels and then rechecked the VIN (year T) on this new-to-me 96 and noted that it is different in both cases (I didn't check the cluster plugs). I do have a Haynes manual which advertises coverage for 93-05 but the wiring diagrams are incomplete for anything past the 94 model year (a poor manual to be sure).

Well seeins that I work in the Parts Dept. of a FORD dealer, I'll try to scrounge some pics of a 96 when I get a chance, and then I'll post them also.:salute:

Great link for others maybe - far and away too big for me to download. Something like that, broken into smaller files would be a heck of a resource for this website.

Those manuals have been posted before on other sites and have always been taken down eventually, often because of bandwidth and/or copyright issues. Still, they are a terrific resource to have, with much more detail than the aftermarket manual publishers.
Tbars4 05-26-2009, 11:09 PM ..That link is also posted (see my post #4 in this thread), it is the first link...He has had those up for a few years now...
Cleveburg 05-29-2009, 07:17 AM Huh, so it is. He doesn't have the 93/94 manual on his site, but it is unreliably available here:
ftp://asavage.dyndns.org/Aerostar-93/FSM_93-94.iso
Unreliably because the site doesn't always respond. Try it later if not.
Note that the file should be named "93_94t11.iso".
BrooklynBay 05-30-2009, 11:37 PM Thanks for posting this link! It has a lot of Aerostar related information.
