Hey all, I'm having trouble with my son's Ranger (1990 4.0) staying on until it warms up. It always stalls on a cold start unless he stays on the throttle for a few minutes. I can't find any related info in my Chiltons book like a choke adjustment or otherwise. Truck runs great at normal temps. Hope you can help. Thanks Much!!

Welcome to this forum! Clean the IAC, MAF, check for vacuum leaks, and check the ECT sensor. This chart is in # 25 in my list of useful threads:
