I htink it's really cool that there is a site for Explorer owners. I have a 1996 XLT 4 Door 4X4. It has a 4.0. Only performace mod so far is a K&N Filter. Not sure if you are interested in adding a new exhaust, but Ford Racing has a Borla exhaust for 95-96 4 doors for only $165!! Let me know if you are interested and I can point you in the right direction. Be sure to cruise around the site and check everything out, tons of great info to check out. My license plate is 96EXPLR. What do you think about that? Thanks again for the welcome. Be sure to tell them that it is the Ford Motorsport exhaust. The latest is that they still have these kits available. Beats paying 400 or so bucks! Hope this helps you!
