I was wondering if anyone has run these speakers and if they had good luck with them. I've had a Kenwood head unit years back and had good luck with it but never any of their speakers. And for a name brand speaker I don't think I can beat the price. I'm running the factory radio with Sirius add-on radio. Just looking to get better sound...I'll worry about the low end sound when I figure out which powered sub will fit under the backseat.

The frequency range of the Kenwood speakers is greater although the sensitivity of these ones is higher.

infinity are two ohm voice coils, while the Kenwood is 4-ohm. 2-ohm should be 'louder' if thats what your looking for, plus it looks like it would be a direct fit?
I put in Polks Front and Boston Accoutics rear with the factory OEM radio.
Just bought a set of Infinity Ref for the heep, good sale. I also had a set of Kappas which i can turn the Vol. up without distortion but not so with the Ref. Mine you its a stock cheap amp. . bit it does sound good.
