Does anyone know where the 02 sensor info is in my haynes manual?

Well the thing is this...Haynes doesnt really want you to fix your vehicle yourself...Its all a clever muse to get you to pay for their book, throw it away then pay a mechanic to fix any "major" problems with your vehicle. They dont mention the O2 sensors anywhere in the catalog, under any other name or definition.Chiltons might, Im not sure. On my 91 the O2 sensor is located right where the two headers meet. Im not sure on the 93, though it should be the same I think there is an extra one somewhere, as for the 96 I have no clue sorry. My best bet is to throw away your haynes unless you either need to rebuild your engine or change your washer fluid...Anything in-between your not gonna find there. Someone on the site here will come through for you though..

yeah it doesnt mention it. theres not really anything to it though. Just plug in the new one, or cut and splice. The colors on the new one will match.

In mine its 6-20 it talks about the 02 sensor.
There is also long post on a Ranger site that is very informative on o2s.
