Alright..I'm eventually looking at getting some new tires for my truck. I've been going back and forth over either 33 or 35's. Also the type of tire i'm looking at. Because i mainly deal with Truckhaven which is sandy i was looking at maybe something like the thornbird or going with 2 sets of tires. Like running the yoko geolander mt/ or mickey thompson claw in the rear and then an all terrain in the front. OR maybe just the good ol bfg mud.
anyone have any input on a good tire combination or set of tires to run in dirt to get some grip?
I've also have done a search on the site to get more info.
Thanks
Brian

Seems to me that traction is traction, whether two or four wheel drive. I would suggest a second set of tires. Plus, with 2wd, you could just have a second set for the rear, 33's or 35's. Think about how dune buggies and such are set up - big paddles in the back, smaller and thinner up front. Hey, remember Riffman's ditchwitch type paddle tires for mudboggin?
