Hello everybody ! my problem is with my 92 explorer wich Ive owned three months ever since purchase it has ben extremely hard to start when cold ,moter turns over fine but takes forever to fire and start when I had it in to my mechaniac he checked fuel pressure after truck sat overnight and it was good and it never seems to be starving for gas on the hiway from there he checked the crank sensor wich was good he also checked the computer for codes and came up with nothing I cleaned the idle air control valve and maf sensor wich smoothed out the idle but still doesnt want to fire when cold any ideas?

Hi. Welcome to the board. I'm not sure what the answer is to your problem. If you use the search function you should be able to find a lot of info on hard starting. Good Luck!!

Try cleaning your air filter really really good. You might not notice any effects the next time you start, but give it a few more starts and it should do fine. If that dont fix it it could be plugs and wires.
