The '01 Explorer Sport (and Sport Trac) share the same nose (I think the '00 Explorer Sport nose is also the same). Has anyone installed aftermarket lighting in the round OEM foglight openings in the bumpers? I don't want to mount anything to the grill, bumper or a brush guard.

That's where my KC 50 series are. As per the other post I responded to, they fit very nicely in the factory holes.

Thanks Jeff. I remember your post. I'm just trying to solicit some more input (you were the only one who responded). Plus, I'm looking for a halogen solution and I think the KC's you have are a sealed beam. True?

The 50 series are not sealed beam. My main driving lights on the grille guard are.

The Series 50 have H55 bulbs? By the way, the nose of the '01 Explorer is different than the nose of the '01 Explorer Sport and '01 Sport Trac. I don't know if the openings in the bumper are the same size (but at least they're round).:D

The clear are H3 bulbs, the amber are sealed beam. If I remember correctly, your 1st post was asking about the driving lights, not the fogs. I do have the fogs in mine though.
