If you want the full story you can go here: www.txtrailriders.com mattadams 08-23-2001, 11:39 AM Rod, haven't we told you not to drink and wheel? LOL Seriously that sucks, what did Kelly think of that? Sinjin 08-23-2001, 11:45 AM Hey, I save the drinking for after the wheeling! I called (she did not go on this trip) her right away and told her, she wasnt mad or anything, just glad I was ok. She was even happier when we pulled it back over and there was no damage, not even a scratch. Thank the lord for that Slabs Sand! GJarrett 08-23-2001, 12:11 PM Well Rod, let me be the first to welcome you as a new official member of the Rollover Posse. You didn't take any damage? Man you got off lucky!!! NoBoundaries 08-23-2001, 12:19 PM Glad to hear you and your truck are ok Rod. No damage, you are a lucky man! She's indestructible and she can float. Sounds like the Titanic more than the Love Boat!:) Trckmagik 08-23-2001, 12:51 PM Damn Rod! It was bound to happen! Glad you were okay! Thanks for letting all of us know about your going to the slabs. Gofast 08-23-2001, 01:46 PM Man, I have got to finish my truck! I'm missing all the fun. Glad you're OK and Kelly is cool about this. See you soon. Sinjin 08-23-2001, 01:55 PM Yes I was very lucky to get out of it without any damage, when we tipped it back over, there was a baseball size dent on the front fender, but we took a rubber mallet to it and out it came. Trckmagik, I am always ready to hit the slabs, just let me know! GoFast, Where have you been?! Hurry up and get the beast done so we can hit the trails. CBoug76 08-23-2001, 01:58 PM If im not Mistaken, this belongs in the Whoops Area for sure!!! gijoecam 08-23-2001, 06:48 PM Well, I guess that's one way to adjust the parking brake cable. :) -Joe- gijoecam 08-23-2001, 06:53 PM Just read the whole article.... disco tunes?!?! You could've at least gone with Bad to the Bone or something a little more manly... I guess four guys in it made it a little top heavy, eh? :) And Ford says Explorers aren't prone to rollovers.... :p -Joe- zensius 08-23-2001, 07:33 PM Man Sinjin that was really lucky. It's gotta be the disco! I see you have one of those pop up roof tents. Does it kick ass? Would you buy one again? Where'd you get it? Thanks. That's great you sirvived with no damage. If we could all be so lucky. yob_yeknom 08-23-2001, 08:18 PM Cool. Glad to hear no one was hurt. You're lucky on the damage. If it was me, it would've been totalled or something. Brian1 08-23-2001, 10:21 PM Glad no one was hurt and that you didnt do much damage to your explorer. Are you running swamper tires now? Don't ask - I really don't want to see DiCrapio impression. As for rolling it on the side - lucky. Just damn lucky. It could of kept going from the looks of it. Sinjin 08-27-2001, 10:10 AM .....as for the Disco music, my friend that did the writeup is a little "older" and anything that isnt rock he just considers "disco", trust me I would'nt be blaring that crap. lol yes I was lucky on the rollover, I went into a little gulley, but it couldnt of gone any further. and yes Brian, I am running Swampers now. gijoecam 08-28-2001, 07:49 PM Sinjin's next mods: 1) Outriggersfor the Explorer (water-wings for himself) 2) Throwable life ring with HMS SinJin written on it (to replace the spare tire) 3) Bailing bucket 4) High pitch propeller for the hitch 5) Training wheels (to prevent incidents like this) 6) Halon fire suppression system. (an ounce of prevention) :D :p Getter 09-06-2001, 07:04 PM quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally posted by donkey boy OK, you drowned it, you rolled it ... so what's next??? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally posted by tdavis Don't ask - I really don't want to see DiCrapio impression.
