i installed new shocks on front,when i removed the shock,the rubbers didnt come off.so after looking
a little harder at them i noticed they were a one piece
fitted rubbers,they looked in not to bad of shape
so i left them in and reused them.
just wondering if anyone else had these on there x's
and can they be removed and the new ones that come with the shocks be used.

All first generation X's have these upper bushings from the factory. I have reused them on many customer vehicles. If you want (or need) to replace them all you have to do is cut them in half with a pocket knife.
