I hate to say it, but I think you're crazy. :) A little deeper than you thought, or are you a little too brave?

Just call me Swampy!

Hey - I made it through there 4-5 times before. The last time I decided to see how well the new Auburn worked (went in 2-wheel drive). It worked well until I decided NOT to put it in 4 and just bury the rearend - obvious mistake. Cleanup wasn't all that bad - road around for a week with only the driver's seat - no carpet or nothin! I did ruin the stock carpet pad - nothin $5 at Home Depot couldn't fix. Now I need to raise my computer, scanner and CD player - 1" more they all would've fried!

Maybe I should change my name from McLeod to McHale. Can I lead the Explorer Navy into battle? ;)

thats hillarious, glad to see it wasnt a disaster after you went through all that water. if it was leather though it sure would wreck all the seats

good thing you didn't have any amps or subwoofers in there. that would've been an expensive trip.

Here is some more dirt (or should I say water) on the great event.

I was riding with Jon that day, did not go swimming with him on this part of the run although my cell phone did..) Anyway he had his kids with him and all day long they were yelling "Daddy get us stuck". Well he went and did it and boy did their tune change when the kids looked down from their car seats and saw the water rising.

No worries, kids were safe and had a blast.. I tried to teach them to go back to their mom and say that the water got up to their necks...

I second the vote for the U-boat commander...

looks more like Giligan :)
Now, doing alittle simple math..4" of water in car, 5.5" of lift in the garage, hmmm..Could this have been avoided????

Gee mdrut, sounds like something I have BEEN telling Jon to do for months now :)
Singin was the original U-boat commander(Skipper)... so Gilligan would be the appropriate name for Jon. Hey Jon,....want me to pull you out of there little buddy? LOL

Hey Jon, ....got that lift on yet?? HAHA

Ok - I like the idea of a new elite picture, but I have one favor to ask Mike (seeing as he started this thread ;)

Change the name to Tu-LIKI (pronounced too leaky)
That was the name of my boat - seems fitting in this situation...
