How do I get my picture of my Explorer (Avatars) under my name? I tried both "Edit Profile" and "Edit Options" and neither give me the choice to add it.

If you e-mail Rick a photo he will put it as your Avatar.
It helps if it is the correct size. The correct size is 84 x 63 Pixels. This way you get it the way you want it.

I know, I know. I figured if I hit 1000 posts I would figure that I am using the board enough to warrant the Elite status. Thanks for the info on the picture. I was thinking that it would be something similar to a signature. Since it isn't something that I can just easily change, I'll have to go out and get a better picture with my lift. The only after lift picture I have is front of my house which doesn't convey the image that I would like to convey :)
