Well, I took my Navajo in For Gears and powertrax. both of my axle Bearings on my rear end are shot. I had two options buy a whole new axle $$$ or Get the offset repair bearings. So I went the Less expensive route and hoped every thing elce goes as planned. Few hours later I get call from the Guy doning my Gears. Jegs Sent me the Powertrax for a Mustang rear end and will not fit the axle shafts. :fire: Ok I call Jegs and they are sending me right one over night to be here tomorrow.

at least they corrected their mistake. did they knock a few $$ off the price?

Well not really... I had to pay Extra for the Over night Shipping and they had to charge my credit card again till I return the Original. So I am not in a happy mood...
Jegs did the same thing when I ordered a fuel pump: they sent the wrong one. After sending the wrong one twice, my mechanic (who I was getting the parts through so he could hassle with them if there was a problem) just got the parts from a local guy for a few bucks more. There's something to be said for paying a little extra sometimes.
Sorry to hear about your probs Kris. I got Splat back today and 4WP did a great job.

Well Jegs cant mess it up this time I got the Part Number from power trax and Called with the Part numbers Ready. Once I get my parts from Jegs I am going to call and complain to some one... If I dont get my Locker tomorrow heads are going to roll...

cool, glad it worked out for ya. now we just have to test them! make sure you have the gears broken in well before next weekend.

I'm glad to hear that someone else's Powertrax definately makes itself known. The guys at my 4x4 shop keep saying that it looks up as hard as a Detroit on the road.

that thing locks up every corner. I can feel it even more with my Manual Tranny. Those Power trax are not that tought to set up.

Randall, I went from 3.27 gears to 3.73. Now I just need to fix my speedo.
