Am I the first to realize the factory spare (15x6 steel wheel) will not fit over Warn hubs? I had to discover this at night in a creek bed. Knowing this before the problem would have been nice, so I thought I would pass it on. Without an extra jack, getting off two wheels at the same time in soft sand can be a bit tricky.

That does not sound right to me... The Manual Hubs were available on explorers form the factory. I dont have my Stock spare any more so I cant check my self.

I think the Warn's have a little bit more girth at the base. The spare on mine, I assume it it the original, fit over the factory auto hubs.

Don't feel alone. I have heard of this before, from a few other people that the spare didn't fit. It seems that some spares will work and some won't. It might be a good idea to check if you haven't already tried the spare in the front.
