Just bought a 2001 Excursion, 7.3 Turbo Diesel.

Recently pulled a modified j**p on a heavy 18' trailer close to 500 miles roundtrip. I averaged 10.9 mpg at 80 to 85 mph. Not bad with only 1000 K miles on the motor.

Adding a nice woodpackage and complete video system this week and some type of chip next month.
Really love the room and ride of this truck.

I got the 2.9% 5 year deal. Sticker was 47K ( I paid alot less ) 0.0 was for 36 months, 0.9% was 48 months I went the 5 year deal.

My wife works for an aftermarket company and sells video and other aftermarket stuff to the dealerships, so thats where the TV/DVD/VCR/Gameboy system is coming from. Next year free visit to Sema show.
