I was wondering if anybody had the turbo exhaust or the X-spec 3" exhaust on their V8. I'm trying to decide which way to go. The turbo exhaust is 2 1/4" and "barely louder than stock" ($310). The X-Spec is 3"with a 4" tip ($390). Anybody know anything about either?? Thanks

Well, what I can tell ya.... is it sounds like yer payin alot more, than what its worth.... alot of explorer express items are waaay over priced

I recommend getting a muffler and then going to a muffler shop and getting a custom setup made. Thats what I did. It should run you about $200. I see you have the V8, so don't settle for a single exhaust. The stock exhaust is so restrictive, it needs all the help it can get. I have some exhaust pics in a link in my sig.

I'm with RTStork. Custom is way cheaper and it is done the way YOU want. Go with DUALS!! I also agree with RFR2212 that some EE items are over priced.

yeh get custom dual exhuast made. with mufflers and pipe and labor it shouldnt cost any more then 250.
