Does anyone know of source for an inexpensive OEM alarm remote control for my '94 Explorer? I've checked eBay but did not find the right control for my car.

Mainfraim 03-13-2002, 04:24 PM We have a '94 too and the remote is junk, I found out that if it's the add on alarm that you could buy for it, if it has like the A / D buttons on it and says Ford but it's not like the newer model ones, as in it's plastic, oh god i don't know how to explain this. You might want to call 1-800-FORD-KEY apparently CrimeStopper or CrimeGuard ( I don't really remember the company) was the ones that did the alarms and you can order those remotes fromthem. I think that's just for the factory add-on alarm. I know we had it put on after we bought the car. I hope this helps. If you need any other answers, just email me.
