i am a hard core JL W6 fan, i have 2 of them in a ported custom box and they are awesome

I am an Audiobahn fan. Both my amp and sub are audiobahn, and my one 10" out performs many systems with 2 10s or 2 12s.

JL's I think are the BEST woofer. w7's are kinda overrated like tarheel said, but they work nicely if you have the $$$$$. I've had all kinds of jl woofers from 3 8's to 4 12's to 12 10's. I've never owned another type... I actually have one JL twelve for sale on my homepage.... my 2 cents

Ahh, I know the feeling. The stuff kind of, ummm, "accumulates" ;)

Not like that... Most companies like pioneer and JL have employee incentives were once a year you can get as much and anything you want for what it cost them to make. Basically it's even cheaper than what they sell it to the stereo shops for. That's how I did my 12 JL 10's. Precision power, Kenwood, they all do it.

That's what I meant. They cut you a deal, you take it, you then have random audio stuff accumlating around your house, and next thing you know there are 12 subs in the family car :D

JL all the way . I 've used Rockford , MTX , Kicker , Eclipse , and my jl sounds so much better . Most of the brands are good at one thing , spl, clearity , etc. But JL has it all .

I got 2 12' inch Rockford Fosgate subs and amp i dont know how anything else sounds in my truck but ive heard good things about JL's

I have kicker CompVRs... My next car will have solo barics in it though

I was never dissapointed with JL, they all had great sound. When i got to the level of 2 12inch V2's i was amazed. I never upgraded from them because they were literally loud enough to give you a migrane if i bumped it up for over 2 minutes.

..... i sold that system, to buy perry's fenders and 33" xterrains. Sometimes i miss my systems- but the OBA and highlift i keep back there now have saved me a few times already

Well technically i have a "walmart store brand" i guess you could say, well in reality its Lightning Audios Bolt sub and Amps but they are made by RF so i voted for RF. They hit hard and sound awesome, however i listen to rock not rap so i cant really say how well the "bump" but they are good

JL Audio 10" w3. I love them. I would never buy anything else. JL Audio all the way.

My woofer is broken and has a crackling sound. Which one will fit in the stock mach (pioneer stereo I think?) 98 eb rear enclosure? I would like something that sounds as good as, if not better than the stock setup. Which I think has a kinda beefy bass. The dealer wanted over $200 to replace it.

I got 2 12" rocksford P1 and a 900 watt monochannel amp in the rocksford box. bass like you wouldn't believe. :D
