My friend clocked my E-maxx on the road today 38MPH! Faster than I thought it would be:bounce:

lol, yea man, these puppies are pretty speedy. T's are clocked at 38 or so. schumacker made a touringcar, RTR, that top's 85. it runs the 1/8th mile faster than a toyota tercel im guessing. probabally by at least.... several seconds faster

Rick, you do any hop-ups to it?

You'd probably take out a Geo Metro or a Civic with a few more mods!

For speed I went up 2 teeth on the pinions. I also have a set that has 2 less teeth for torque. I have the Traxxas aluminum shocks, wide profile wheels, steel rear axles, and sticky tires... I've been busy:D

Yeah they are fst. I've seen some T-Maxxes that are trying to get to 50. Fastest around here is a guy who got it up to 47. Pretty fast for a monster truck. Sounds like a little demon squealing down the road.

When i had my T-MAXX i used to sit in my friends car and i controlled my maxx from the passanger seat. It could keep up with traffic and everyone got a kick out of seeing a miniature truck stopped at a red light with nobody else around controlling it.

Just don't get the thing run over :nono:

Wasn't there a scene in Ocean's 11 with a RC drag racing a real truck? Then the big truck just ran it over :eek:

i know a guy that tossed the new R.A.D 3 speed into the truck, with a robinson one way gearbox, and it flew like no other. it was geared pretty radically, and it chirped 2nd, it was so tight, you wouldnt believe it. it wouldnt chirp with the slicks on it, but with the stocker chevron's, it would chrip (couldt hear it really until the tires got kinda bald, but not enoughto become slics). with slicks, it just "unweights" the front of the truck for that blissful moment of no turning.
