i finally recieved my 194 cycolite hyperwhite tonight after i got home from work. i got the liscence plate bulbs replaced as well as the puddle lamps and rear cargo bulb. i could not get the front map light to work though its the same 906 bulb as the rear light i replaced but the contacts of the bulb are bent around the contact of the housing in the stock setup but when i put the 194's in and bent the contact around the other contact, it didnt work. could it be that i had to snip the little wires that come out of the 194's to make it long enough to reach the contact??????? i didnt think it would matter but now that i am thinking about it i realize im an idiot , i just did it to one bulb. appreciate any help thanks

I had the same thing in the dome light. I just bent the ones from the stock bulb off and then straightened the ones from the Super Whites. Then bent them over the plastic round thing and then I had to Solder the connections. Now they are working. Be careful screwing them off and on. If you break that thin copper pieces that is it. And the parts are very expensive to replace it. I broke mine and just took it to the dealer and said my dome light does not work. They replaced the whole console thing and it was like $400. Just check everywhere and make sure you don't get and melting or warping of the plastic on the puddle lamps and dome lights.
Oh, AND GET SOME PICS UP! Us 01+ sports gotta help a brother out! Ha ha:p
