probably not. you may be able to convice that its a bumper if you got pulled over.
i guess it depens on the cop. i see vehicles all the time here without bumpers at all. just say it was in a wreck so you put that on temporarily.

why's it in 3 peices? get cracked or did ya just take it apart?

took it apart, need to get longer mounting bolts.

Dave, the '99-'01 bumpers are in three pieces: the cover, and 2 fog lamp moldings.

Curtis, SLACKER!! hahaha...J/K! You don't have to worry about leaving the bumper off. Just be careful of what you run into. So avoid hitting people with them. Hahaha...just kidding. :p
