a couple of years ago i had the rockers replaced on my truck due to them rusting thru. the body shop then re-did the chip guard paint along the whole bottom section on my 92eb. a year later, i noticed that some of the chip-guard had chipped off and that rust was forming. now there is an area that is totally rusted thru again. i was wondering if anyone has ever used that stuff that people put in their pickup truck beds to paint their vehicles - or in any applications.

Fairly Common. The best do it yourself stuff is Herculiner. Ask GJarrett about it he knows the stuff and how well it adheres:rolleyes: There are many people that have used the stuff for rockerpanels and the tupperware.
There is a paint out there called por15. The stuff is supposed to be super tough. From what ive heard its tougher than herculiner. Not only is it a paint but you can paint over rust with it.

Herculiner works great. An if it chips its a lot easier than paint to touch up.
