ive got a 93 X EB with 31x10.50 AT TA/KOs with 2 inch add-a-leaf and coil spacer lift.
i want to get some wheels for it, but i dont want them to be all chromed out or lookin like they came off some rice box(crapy honda with chrome rims)

Ok, so you don't want chrome and you don't want black so that pretty much leaves you with alloy. If you're looking for something cheap, look for American Racing rims. A nice 15 inch AR alloy will look nice but won't break the bank.
