I love football but I like hockey alittle more because instead of just playing offense or defense at one time, you can do both at once.... MUCHO ENJOYABLE! URI, New Hampsire, UMaine and some PA state schools (not penn state) have come calling so far.... My mind is not made up as of yet.

I would have to agree with chris, snowboarding is really fun. Really, really, cold but fun. Everytime I need to relax and forget about evrything, I go snowboarding. Just you and the mountain. Now that Im going back to Texas I am going to have to find another thing to let loose. At least I will get to start off-roading again.:D

Definitely snowboarding.

For professional sports it's Ice Hockey, with Football (american football) being a close second.

My favorite sports though are:
1. Wakeboarding. This is the free'est feeling in the world. There is nothing like surfing on a glass lake behind a power boat. Carving through the water is similar to snowboarding at speed through powder, except water has much more resistance, but is much more forgiving then hard earth. Getting airborne and carving turns on a wakeboard is the wickedest sport I have found.

2. Snowboarding. Freeze the water above and take away the rope, here's what you get. Of course tree's and ice hurt alot more then water when you are trying that 360 and over rotate.

3. 4x4ing. It is a sport if you ask me, and I'm hooked.

Hackeysack, waterskiing, tubing (Most extreme sport I know of), and finally parasailing.

I had to go with football since yacht racing or jello/mud wrestling weren't an option.

Still had what 35 goals last season with 8 concussions under h belt? Amazing...... Kasper, one player i would hit with a bat if i ran into him on the street (domi and Stevens would be the others)

The rangers lost it all after their cup victory in 94, bad trades, bad management. Face it. They are my team too but I barely watch hockey anymore cause they blow.

Im not messing with lindros... i think hes great too... he dominates when hes out there playing his best game... i remember one game where he handled the puck from the right boards near the right cicrle all teh way around to the left circle hugging the boards the whole way while fighting off checks and was till able to get a kick pass off and was a shot on goal as well... i was in awe

I think Kasper is great! any team that gets him is already one step ahead of teh next team. Hes got alot of knowledge of the ice and he gets under everyones skin and does not back down from anyone...
and i think if you went after him with a bat, he would end up kicking your a$$... lol

this is unrelated but I have a question for Gimp. I have been reading posts looking for maintenence info and I see people thanking you for a good post all the time but your posts are not there. Whats up with that?

Hunter got off my crap list when he got traded to the avs and then retired. Tucker pisses me off like none other also. I agree I would love to have Kasper on my team but.... Isnt happening yet. Redcamero96 come on man you gotta look at the rangers this season and be alittle excited. Bure was with them what 11 games and had 11 goals in those games..... pretty amazing. Poti just signed, blackburn is gonna be muched improved and richter is still hanging in there (healthy hopefully)

Favortite sports to watch are College Football (GO VT!) followed by NASCAR. Favorite sports to participate in are Snowboarding and Hardcore Boat Tubing.

Football is the only sport that is made and played only by Men!
Followed closely by hockey, but I could not skate very well and they share the ice with figure skaters.

Anything that involves animals or a motor driven vehicle is not a sport! it is a recreational activity or competitive activity but it is not a sport!
Nascar is not a sport!
Drag racing is not a sport!
Polo is not a sport!
Horse racing is not a sport!

Four Wheeling is a my hobby, my recreational activity.
Football was my sport, now I am fat and married with children :)

The only time I went on a 4-wheeling trip, I had an incident a bit more than an hour from my house that ended that trip real fast.....*sighs* Maybe someday I'll get to go, even if I have to hook up with one of the guys from this forum near me that go, since at the present moment my X is no condition to leave my area, due to my tranny acting up on occasion :(
