Hi-
I have just purchased a 99 XLT, and the remote fobs don't work, plus the keypad on the door doesn't seem to do anything (like light up even).

The previous owner had the battery replaced recently, he said that the systems mentioned above quit working after that. So I'm thinking possibly a fuse was blown.

Any idea of where an inline fuse might be for this? It appears all fuses in the box are OK. Or any other hints?

look in the owners manual, it will be there

Just reprogram the remotes and you'll be fine.
