someone I work with thinks I should turn in this one
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1859161439

If you bother to look up the patents cited http://www.uspto.gov/, you will find that none of the patents have anything to do with the device he/she is selling. All three patents are for the formulation of rare earth magnets; two of the patents are expired (over 17 yrs old) the other has been abandoned (you have to pay maintenance fees to keep patent active). It is true that at least two of the patents were filed by someone working at GM, but that person did not design the device sold on Ebay.

I would turn in this guy, but I'm not policeman for the world (on even for Ebay)
