The Local Dealer has a 2002 Sport for sale. It has 18's, a rear wing(not saleen), and its sharp looking. They're asking $27,190. This is the local Ford, GMC, Chevy, Jeep, Chrysler, Hummer, and Toyota Dealer... Yes, all on one massive lot!

Yeah I just realized thats what it was! I am just now reading his thread. (sucks to work full time now bc I cant keep up with the board!) It looked great. Its funny sorta in the pictures, but when i saw it I really liked it. I will try to go back and get a few more pics of it tonight or tomorrow. Closer pics of the wing, for expo. Man, makes me want to buy a Sport and do it myself... hmm, not a bad idea... I have been thinking about a new truck, and the sales are hard to beat right now!

Sorry just read that. Must have been a 2wd with no options or anything.

I believe the wing was around 600 installed, and the rims/tires where like 2500, in all they wanted like 3200 for the add ons, if i remember correctly...

Matt, yeah, its a 2wd automatic no frills... Ive started looking at 2wd standard trannys lately... But I dont like anything but black, and they are hard to find around here...

WOW! That is crazy! There is like expo5.0 said 100-200 for the wing, and those wheels and tires should not be more than $1500-$1800 for both the wheels and tires.

They are running $0 cash back, 0.0% financing on 36 months, 2.9% on 48 months, 3.9% of 60 months, and 4.9% on 72 months. Or a flat $1500 cash back... but thats just Ford flat incentive program right now. Here in Houston, the dealers are hurting bc of the economy... they have so many cars on the lots, they are running the End of Month specials now, with 2 weeks still to go in the month.,..

I agree... thats why I would much rather buy a used 2001 sport and do it myself... much cheaper... you can find used 01's around here for $15,000 (standard 2wd)

the black mounty is Black Box, expo5.0 has a pimp white Explorer. I think the rims are Enkei's, can't remember.

Looks good, now you showed a pic of the Sport with that wing. Now, since Black Magic has a Saleen wing, and the Saleen wing is build for 98+, and the Saleen wing fits on 95+, that means that this wing will fit 95-01?

Hehe, you got me.. Im lookin around on the net to find some $$ and info on these local companies. Ill post what I find.
BTW - When I called the dealer I asked the price on the 2002 Sport shown above... the list price is $27, 910, and they quoted me $22,985 on the phone. Still more than I would wanna pay, but interesting to know.

I dont really like the looks of it either.

If this wing fits the 02 sports and those are the same as the 01 sports (are they?) and Black Magic has a saleen wing that fits a 95-01 4 door than that means this above shown wing will fit our X's. In addition, the tailgates of the 95-97 X's are the same as the tail gates from 91-94. So, if all this is correct, this concludes that that wing, and the saleen wing, will fit any 91-01 4 door and any sport.

I don't like that wing on that Ex either, looks riced when they stick out that much, but to each his own, a lot of ppl like that type of wing, more power to em...

The wing on the previous page is ok i suppose, but i'm still a fan of the windjammer and the saleen wing.

Though the saleen wing is too expensive i think i'll just go buy a lund windjammer and paint that sucker.

Wing is O.K. I wouldn't put it on mine though.

I think that Sport really needs clear corners though.
