Is that a transformer brushgaurd on the front of your old ex? In the first pic it looks different then the custom bumper you have later on in the other pics.

I started out with a warn combo kit, then went to the custom front bumper.

Thanks for the response, that's the first time I have seen one on an ex, I have been thinking about that combo with the 8000 winch.

Matt, how much was the HID conversion kit and how long did it take to carry out?

bashman, about $525 (purchased through a group purchase on the f-150 board), took about an hour to do. They only make it for the F-150's and I believe the Chevy truck's and some other sporty cars.
