I found this over at Fbody.com:

You WILL NOT post "test messages" including "sig tests" and or "image tests" to any part of this site. Read the FAQ carefully before posting. If you post a test message to this site, you will be charged $10/message.

You WILL NOT post pornographic or otherwise offensive material to any part of this site. You will be charged $35 for each message containing such material. Additionally, you will be charged $5 extra PER view the post receives.

If you are banned from this site and return without authorization, you will be charged $2000 to be paid via paypal before a review of your user account is considered.

By joining this site you agree to these rules and charges. All charges must be paid in full within 2 weeks of the offense via paypal to the site's owner. Failure to pay these charges in US dollars may result in prosecution to the fullest extent provided by the laws on the State of New Jersey, Monmouth County.

WOW! If we had those same rules and concequences here Rick could by a new X every few months paid for with Cash!

Black Magic, thats a good image, LOL. Seriously, how does this guy plan on getting paid? ARe people, out of honesty, going to just pay him several thousand dollars because he says so? I highly doubt that user agreement is legally binding.

Yippee!! Where do I sign up!

It's like Pol Pot's Cambodia, just with fines.

I don't think they would have much of a leg to stand on in trying to enforce such fines, it's just a scare tactic, pathetic one at that.

Do they ask for a credit card / some other form of payment to join their site? If not, there's no way anyone is paying that stuff!

And oh, BM, I think you're the first guy I know who's actually read one of those online User Agreements for a forum!! :)

Failure to pay these charges in US dollars may result in prosecution to the fullest extent provided by the laws on the State of New Jersey, Monmouth County.

Hmm, he must not want my business at that site.

Doesn't Jersey have a law that says you can't pump your own gas? and that left turns are illegal or something?

I think thats true, this girl I met last year told me she got yelled at by a cop before at a station for getting out and trying to pump gas. WFT? is up with that, she said you can't pump gas there.....?

Namitey, funny that you mentioned the lift laws, a guy I know at college has a seriously jacked up F-250 in massive tires, he drove from Maine to New Jersey to pick up a friend there and then drive down to college here in FL. He said within 35 minutes of entering NJ limits, 3 squad cars pulled him over and blocked him off as if he we're running from the law or something. They gave him a whole bunch of sh!t and we're going on about how f'ning stupid he was to drive this in NJ accoding to the law. He's like, "hello, I'm from Maine dick" well...that pissed them off and they wrote him a ticket for everything possible from speeding to the lift, even though he wasn't speeding.

Yeah NJ sucks like that. a friend of mine was telling me today he read about a guy who tried to take his truck through inspection and they failed him for having to many offroad lights. Yup you cant pump your own gas in jersey but no one really cares ive never heard of cops enforcing it. most people are used to it and they let someone else pump there gas. Ive never heard of a cop giving a ticket for lift. Its not even an option on the tickets that NJ cops carry. Most cops in jersey dont even know the lift laws being that they change rather often. Like i said earlier i have copies of the papers the DMV uses when they do an inspection on a vehicle with modified suspension. They even check vehicles center of gravity by driving one tire up a 1ft tall ramp. its insane what they do.

oh - hell no:p , his dad is a lawyer and got whatever area/district it was and courts to throw out the tickets b/c the cops don't have proof of the lights/mods/lift/speeding he had ect, and like Namitey said I don't think you could even be given a ticket for that, he called them a dick so I guess thats why they gave him tickets.

For one thing he didn't even know of a law like that, I mean why in the hell would there be a law regarding lifts/mods:confused: or that stupid gas station situation.

I don't think they would have given him a ticket, just haress him, but calling them "dicks" didn't go over too well I guess:D

I dunno what is up with jersey i think its the fact that there are alot of rich @$$holes in this state and they dont want to put up with ANYTHING its thier way or the highway. There are very few places to 4wheel in NJ the only places you can go is the shore and its all mud down there. they tried to build an orv park near me and the sierra club came in and closed them down. Ive been talking about the lift law documents i have on my computer and theyre like 3 years old im gonna goto the testing center and see if i can get current ones and ill post them on the board for you all to see.
