I have discovered a new sound, it sounds like a low humming (almost like a distant fog horn) when the truck idles, as soon as I give it gas it goes away. The first start of the morning it will actually kill the truck after about 2 seconds. Then I start it up and it is good (still humming but it will run). As soon as it is warm there is no sound. When I start the truck at lunch or after work there is no sound, only in the morning.
I am thinking it is the alternator bearing going bad.
What do ya'll think?

Are you sure it isn't the IAC valve? I think that a lot of people have reported humming from the IAC.

Sounds to me like your fuel pump is on the way out.
Sounds to me like you are hearing things cause it is 1:20 in the morning and you are drunk celebrating your BIRTHDAY! J/K I have no idea.

Sounds to me like you are hearing things cause it is 1:20 in the morning and you are drunk celebrating your BIRTHDAY!
You gotta remember I am in Hawaii, I had just got home from work. But you can bet, I'll be stumblin' and muttin' complete and total nonsense tonite!
