View Full Version : help me guys jlexpo69 12-12-2002, 10:53 PM i have a 96 ford explorer 4 door v6 and when i make left hand turns the car squeeks crazily i have no clue whats wrong and also when i start the car up it squeeks 4 a lil bit it sounds like the belt but i jus had it replaced ???? ne kind of info will help thanx Jason_25 12-13-2002, 01:11 AM As for the squal on start up, your belt tensioner may be starting to go. Or it could be (less likely) other stuff like the alternator, PS pump, or the water pump even. We need more info on the turning thing though. Does it make the sound when turning at a stop, or only when rolling? |
