i really like my explorer, but there is a problem, its only 2WD. i dont want 2 buy a new one, cuz i put alot of time and stuff into it. i may be crazy, but how much money would i have 2 spend 2 turn it into 4WD?

It all depends on the deals you can find. I did mine for about $500 (and I still can offset the costs by selling my old tranny and other parts).

The best way to go about doing a conversion would be to find a whole donor truck. That way you have all the parts you'll need, cause there will always be suprises.
