I was thinkin of going to a local place here and getting a bunch of t shirts made up with East Coast Xplorers on the front and the logo from the NY site (check sig) on the back. No idea what these are gonna cost but I wanted to see if anyone was interested. I would be willing to get them done and ship them from my school if everyone paid for shipping.

If it doesn't say anything about the Empire State, I would sport one!

There's a place up here by my school that this one kid goes to who makes up promo t shirts for big events like huge parties or just to sell them himself. I haven't looked into it fully yet, I just wanted to see how much interest I would have before I went out and did it.

I'd tell you to talk to the Pennsylvania chapter coordinator, but I don't know who that is off the top of my head. yob_yeknom is the head of the ECX (I think...), so you could probably just PM him and ask what the deal is.

But this is 4wheelin's thread about Tshirts, so we should probably stop babbling now :D

I got a compromise....Make a 1st Gen 4 Door driving over a Jeep like its a rock and 2nd Gen 2 Door streeter smoking his tires on the Jeep....

There definitly has to be a sport and a 4 door on there and one has to be an offroader and one has to be street because thats what the club is. And I am not too keen on the idea of the jeeps cuz then it's gonna start problems when people wear them at shows and what not.

Well, in my own humble opinion, 2 door 2nd gens are sportier because A) They're more aerodynamically rounded, B) they're well, 2 doors.... which leads to better times at the track as well as the addition of the SOHC, which is faster than the OHV in stock form. 1st Gen 4 doors are some of the beefiest, meanest looking lifted trucks on the planet, though....

With that in mind, how about a lowered 2door 2nd gen with a 4door 1st gen towering behind it?

I got an idea to build on this cuz no one can come to one agreement. How about a gen 1 sport truck on one side with a jacked gen 1 towering behind it and the same on the other side with gen 2's??

Thats a lot of stuff on the back of a T-Shirt, but I do like that idea 4Wheelin. I also like your idea too Spas...

I don't think we want these shirts too busy.. If we have lifted and lowered trucks on both sides of the shirt, its going to start looking like one of those loud NASCAR shirts that people for some reason or another think look good. (Not bashing NASCAR, I love me some redneck racing, but those shirts are fugly as hell!)
