Hi all... I've got a 1995 Sport 2 door... I'm going to have to get some new tires this year. Heres some helpful info for you to consider before giving me advice.... I DON'T do a lot of off roading.. maybe 4 times a year just to got to my wifes's parents cabin... maybe 2 hours on a logging road each way. I'm in Vancouver BC, Canada... so we do have snow... although not much this year, and ice. I've HATED Goodyear in the past.. I've got a set of Generals on right now. I like a nice wide tire for grip... any thoughts on makes, and prices... I would even be willing to go to SEATTLE to get something. If possible, email me directly at IMYVENTURES@hotmail.com or respond on the board. Thanks in advance... and happy trails...

You really dont need anything that aggressive, if you want to have a good tire in case you go off-road then look at something like the BFG AT KO. Or maybe something like the pro comp AT. I have been looking at some pro comp for my X. Some of people here also like the Bridgestone Dueller AT or the Revo.
I recommend BFG AT KOs also. Dunno how the Pirelli Scorpion ATs do in the snow, but that is a good high performance AT also.

I have been very happy with my Michelins (Sears LTX M+S knockoffs). Mainly road, some light offroading, SNOW (at least this winter)!!!!!! Have 60K+ on them and they still handle like new! Worth the $$ IMHO. I use Michelins on all my vehicles, and I've never been disappointed.
