View Full Version : wheel backspacing pmpinurgrl 03-03-2003, 11:50 AM i just put a 3" body lift on my 99 sport and i would like to run some 33 12.50s with a 17" wheel. and i was wondern if anyone knows around what kinda backspacing i need on the wheels to either get no rub or so that i would have to do a minimal ammount of trimming. if thats not possible to do could i shakel the rear and tt the font to get the lil extra bit of space i need?? thanx every1 Alec 03-03-2003, 03:10 PM Welcome! 3.75 or 4" BS is usually best. 3.75 will clear your suspension better but will have more chance of causing rub on the fenders. However, fender rub is a lot easier to deal with than suspension rub. You will need more than the 3" BL to fit 33x12.50s.
