96 Explorer would barely start today, would only idle or stay running for a very short time. Was able to nurse it up to Autozone where they read the code at PO102.
Would someone confirm for me that this code is related to the MAF please.
Don't want to drop this cash if I don't have to, especially if it's not what I need. I did read the long thread about cleaning the MAF sensor and may give that a try tomorrow, but would be okay to drive this vehicle with the MAF sensor unplugged? At least it runs this way and doesn't stall out. It runs a little rough under this condition, but will I do any real harm driving 10-20 miles tomorrow before either cleaning or picking up the new one?
Is PO102 related to the MAF sensor?
Thanks Mucho,
