Since Warn makes those then there is no difference between them except the part number. :rolleyes: For anyone looking for the number in the future... I have called the dealer... FOTZ 3B396AA is the part number but they don't know if I'd need anything else... not sure if the conversion kit is included or not... $123.00 a pop from the stealer. Even here in Alaska, the land of killer shipping charges, the Warns I got only ran 154 for the pair, As for the conversion kit, check out the Spicer set.
