hows every one doing i had my tranny done on my 92 4wd ex and they said i needed a lock up solinoyd what is this for. also im getting a loud noise when am going over 65 mph it sounds like a humming noise comeing from the right side of the truck.but when i put it in over drive it gosaway. also i whent under the truck and saw a house coming from the left side of the 4x4 that is loose and dont now wher it gose. any one knows. thanks. :confused: :banghead: :monkey:

The lockup solenoid is what activates the lockup clutch in your torque converter. Without it your truck would be turning 3000 RPM at freeway speeds and your trans would overheat causing premature failure. Cant help you with the noise or the hose sorry...

thanks it dose run about 3000 rpm when i go over 65 mph
