Are there any power pullies for the 4.0 ohv? prolly not. But what would happen if you put the ones for the 5.0 on a 4.0? Would they bolt up? has anyone tried? just wondering.

I don't think they'll bolt up. Besides your Explorer accessories need all the power they can get. Running underdrive pullies will most likely result in a stressed electrical system and overheating.
