As Much As Possible. Would I have problems later on if I get rid of EGR? I need to buy manifolds... I found a set that has no EGR connection... what if I go for an emmission test?

i have no idea about the 4.0 OHV... this is just what i know on 5 liters...

you will need a chip burned with EGR delete. if you dont, it will throw a CEL. i have seen alot of EGR-deleted cars pass the tailpipe sniffer. however, this doesnt mean yours will.

So I'm back to square one... still looking for eaither headers or factory manifolds.
